This is a small, wooden, turtle made by the natives in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Every five years we go to Cancun, Mexico with our grandparents. It is always one of my favorite trips. We do a lot of fun activities and make a handful of lifetime memories. This year we went again. One of the fun activities we did was going scuba diving. After we were done we went to a small restaurant surrounded by many little shops. After my sister and I were done eating we went outside to look around. My older sister was drawn to these bright and colorful magnets, while I stayed to the neutral, wooden animals. This is where I found this turtle. It is one of my favorite souvenirs and always brings back many memories that i'll never forget.
